Microsoft outlook Problem

Hello,

I Have a problem with setting up my email account,everytime i insert my outhentication infomation and it tells me that none of the outhentication methods that are in this client are surppoted by the server but when i try the same details on another pc the account works fine so i unistalled microsot outlook and reinstalled but still get the same message.i have also tried oulook express and also do the same but when i use thunder bird on the same pc it works fine

can you please help me its very urgent
