Hello,
I have just reformat my laptop but am having problem with my headphone,the sound is not coming out of the headphone but it is coming out of the speakers.what do i do?

Hi there,

You either have a problem with the headphone ,or the volume knob on headphone is low ,check in on a music player and revert back.
