Hello,
I'v got a problem wit my nokia 5800 XpressMusic, whenever i download a song or any other file, it keeps givin me a msg dat says '...file not supported' wit a question mark icon. What should I do? 1other thing is my gallery, i hav nu pics n videos there, but wheneva i access 't keeps givin me da old pics dat r not updated...y is dis?

Dear Sir,

This is happening for the simple reason that the file is not in the required format that will play on the Video Player or Music Player on the mobile phone. Please have the file converted to the required format that is supported the mobile phone.
