can't download attachment Closed

Hello,every time I try to download an attachment I get error url not found on this server. what am I doing wrong

Dear Sir, 

Normally the security settings on email accounts do not allow downloading some specific attachments in the format of .exe, .bat and more. These types of files might contain some viruses. Please make sure that the attachments are not in this specific format for furrther help.
