I think I recieved a virus??

Hello, I seem to have a problem. I recieved a msg from a friend which she said she did not send. Now all my friends are recieving this msg which i am not sending but is going automatically. It seems to be a virus. Can you help pls

Do you have anti-virus software on your computer? You should run a full virus scan. You might also download and run this FREE software "Spybot Search & Destroy" at this site:
