Dear Uday,
You won't need any software in order to get the pen drive formatted. Just connect it to your PC and open My Computer, right click on the drive and click on the format and follow the simple instructions. This will help you complete the task.

You can use HP USB Disk Storage format tool] to format your 128GB. I used it and works.
