Problem in mp3

Hello,
MY SANSA mp3 player is not working, it is unable detect .whenever i press the start button it is just showing SANDISK and switching of by itself. i relly don know wat to do ,plz help me out>>>>

Dear Pratheek,

Please consider resetting the device and see whether the problem gets fixed. Otherwise use another port for the problem could come from the port that you are using too.
