Windows XP! Closed

Question

Hello,
My Computer starts up automatically with the black screen : We apologize for the inconvenience but windows did not start successfully. A recent hadrware or software change might have caused this. I start up with the last known good configuration ...and also have tried the f8..it restarts;a sudden blue screen, then starts again with the same screen. Any one have any ideas if i can fix this? i am not even able to get in to my computer to make some changes like other steps advise...NEED TECH HELP!!!!

Hi there,

Remove all newly added hardware like scanner,printer ,removable usb devices and start it with only keyboard and mouse and check the difference,if still same then boot by windows installation cd and make a system repair,link below from Faq will guide you:
