Lost videos on i pod nano

Hello,
hi everyone i had some really important videos on my i pod nano 5th gen,my son has restored factory settings and they are gone is there any way of getting them back, please help

Dear Sir,

Once the iPod has been restored, the device actually returns to its original factory settings and you won't obtain any file that was on it before.
