imation nano 16gb flash drive can't copy mkv Solved/Closed

Hello, 
good day, i bought imation nano flash drive 16gb, the problem is it can't copy mkv files beyond 4gb.
but when i copy a regular file there is now problem at all.
please help me for what i can do. ill try to go in imation website but i cant find any answer of them.

The FAT32 files system is limited to a 4GB maximum file size. Reformat to NTSF if you are using the drive on Windows XP and later computers.

no need to format it just convert the file system from FAT to NTFS by below cmd using with Run OR Command prompt

convert <Drive letter> /fs:ntfs

Ex:- your pen driver letter is g: than you can use this
convert g: /fs:ntfs
