Hello,
i have Nokia N82 china phone model and want to download songs through bluatooth from computer

Dear Sir,

You will no matter what be unable to transfer any files for the fact there is no PC suite for the specific china phone. Please check whether you can transfer songs through the use of a usb cable. You will be able to use it as a USB mass storage only though.
