Hello,
I am having issues with Javascript saying it is enabled in IE8 security settings, but when I go to Hotmail or Facebook, nothing comes up but a blank page.

Open up internet explorer.
click tools > internet options
click the far right "advanced" tab.
click "restore advanced settings"

let me know.
