Windows Xp Corrputed so many time

Hello,Sir
when i install windows xp on next day windows corrupted or message show A drive read corrupt but i also check the all Data Cables of drive.and some time didn't message show after xp logo show pc Restart.How i solve this problem?

Hi there,

unplug your cd drive and floppy drive one by one and start your machine to know which hardware is corrupted and causing this problem.

I check this thing but some time give error on CD-Room some time Hard Drive.why this error make ?
And in my pc RAM is 256 MB And Hard Disk is 160 GB and processor is 3.6.
what i should ?
