Password recovery

Hello,
i had forgot my new password of my hotmail account that was created long back. The mail id that i created newly was given as the recovery id of which i forgot the password.both the password of the id to be recovered and my secondary mail id is also the same. i had forgot the answer to the security question also.
Is there any solution for this?? i hope u can help me soon.
