Password retrieve

Hello,

I have tried all 3 procedures, but still cant access my account as i have forgotten the old password. Is there any other way of getting it back??

Dear Sir,

Please indicate what three procedures you have tried. If you have lost your password, just have it reset in order to have the problem fixed.
