Download speed of torrent

dear i have a huawei mobile with EVDO wirless 3.1 connection of PTCL n my system is win xp sp 2 2002 n 2.0 with 512 ram with 64 video n i got good speed in every thing in net but my torrent is working so slow in starting it was good but day by day its going dead day by day so wats the problem then i refresh my system 3 days ago but nthing happen. tell me plzzzzzZ.oky
