BIOS passwords are only resettable by removing the CMOS button battery. Many/most laptops require dis-assembly of the case to remove the battery. You might need to take it to a repair shop to have it done. I don't recommend novice users try to disassemble their laptop.

Hi there,
Xpcman has well suggested you as not to complicate the situation take it to a qualified Technician or if still under warranty take it there only as your warranty will be void if open by someone else except their technician,still you can reset it by software,link below from Faq will guide you:
