Hello sir,

 i am bhagban, from india (orisa), i have p4 computer, but now i ahave not web cam, i want see my friend by yahoo massanger via web cam, but i havenot web cam, i want see him  but i cant see him becuse not opening his webcam, when he sent me his viw webcam , i acceit that but now open , what can i do, pls tel me,

While you accept the invitation, you will be able to view him but he won't be able to view you. You just need to accept it.
