System is not booting

Hello,

Shall I disconnect the RAM and connect it again by removing the dust on it.
It seems there is some loose connection in my hardware

Dear Sir,

Please consider carrying out the task that you have suggested for the fact that such problems come either from the power supplying unit, RAM slot or motherboard.
