Middle speaker fell and volume knob off

Hello,
I HAVE TRIED TO OPEN UP THE SPEAKER TO AS I AM HANDY WITH HARDWARE, I CANNOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME FIGURE OUT THIS VOLUME CONTROL...

ANY IDEAS???/
