Fujitsu laptop keyboard not working

Hello,
suddenly my fujitsu lifebook laptop keyboard stopped working..... I have checked in device manager it is showing keyboard is working fine.. but not able to type any thing......

Please help me.

Hi there,

Have you checked with a usb keyboard as your ps2 port may be damaged.
