unable t o install any soft wares Closed

Hello,
am using dell inspiron 1545 laptop.....
am using dual os first one is  xp....then i installed windows 7
in windows 7 i cant able to install any softwares...even driver also....!!!!
when i am double click to setup file noting will happening no prgrams are installing wats the problem with this..
XP is working properly  
windows 7  working.... but softwares are not installing...

Please check whether the problem is coming from your Windows installer to get further help.

Try right clicking and selecting run as aministrator or it may be your virus protection or your firewall blocking the installs from starting. You could turn your firewall off or check your virus protections settings. Or it may be some other program that helps with maintaining the running of your machine.
