Network controller problem

Hello,
Hi have the same problem as most of you, i am running XP sp3 on my Toshiba Satellite L305-S5947. I have been on the Toshiba website trying to download my NETWORK CONTROLLER so i can at least get onto the internet to download the other drivers but it does not want to work, still got the yellow question mark on driver controller. please someone help..

PROBLEM SAYS the driver for this device are not installed (CODE 28)
