Hello,
i just purchase a new aspiron 1440 laptop , it has a webcam , but in control pannel there is no option to start the web cam, how can i identify

Please get the webcam's driver and software installed in order to get using the web cam. If ever you don't have the installation cd, please get it downloaded from the below link:
