MP4 files not delete in safe mode also

Hello,
I have windows xp. some mp4 files are not delete. try to delete in safe mode also, but not. How can i delete that files pls tell me answer.

Dear Sir,

This restriction is surely occurring due to the fact that the files are read only. Please right click on them and get to its Properties and uncheck the read only feature.

hello, i did uncheck the read only feature, but still the same. i still cannot delete the file, cannot move, cannot read blah3x!. please, please, please help me!. Thanks.

the files are not read only they are DRM protected that is why he cannot remove them. It is the ridiculesness of the DRM technology - you might be left with what ? reformatting!
The only suggestion that comes to mind is - move the file to a USB drive/card and reformat drive. I know it sounds stupid but hey - I did not come up with the DRM .
