Switch connected with straight cable

Hello,
dear sir i have 2 switches as (baylon and D-Link of 16/16 ports) i connected both switches through straight cable when i connecting thorough cross cable they are not working- some time problems occur when i disconnect any Rj-45 jack form any PC lan Card - all the network Speed Hang up and some PC of network Showing Logically Disconnected , but in the tray icon showing connected only sent pakets but ping not responding. i m very worried of that problem kindly help me.

Hi there,

Change the lan cable its possible that one of the core has been crushed thus damaged.It worked fine before?Please give more information.

dear sir further i describing that problem when my both switches connected with each other straight cable - Cross cable not working b/w both switches, main problem is that when i unplug any PC RJ-45 jack from his lan card it disturb all the network, many time network hangup or any PC from network all sessions disconnected and not replying ping ,this broblem not only one PC that I Change its Lan cable but its moving to other PCs and Hangup or showing connectivity by tray lan ICon but not responding any Ping or Connectivity.

Dear , i have made star network all connection to Nodes Connected Directly to Switch through cable Cat5.
