trouble opening USB driveClosed

Hello,
When i run virus scan on my 4GB pendrive, it showed 2 errors. I selected delete option to delere that virus. After this, i tried to open my pen drive for viewing the contents. But is displays a dialog box that "can not find script file "h:\rehul'sVirusprotection.vbe". How to solve this problem?. Ca i fromat the drive?
Plz help me to solve this.
