You should in fact make use of the phone's PC Suite to get the contacts transferred. Please consider downloading it from the below link if you don't have it.

Try uploading to 360.com or using Ovi Suite to upload and then create a csv file.

it's better you copie all the contacts into your memory card then using data transfer copie them to your lapie...
