Yahoo attechment download problem

Hello,
when i download yahoo attechment does not download.
& say error yahoo.com not found.
another e-mail id download the attechment download successfully.
format system but problem still.
pls help me

Dear Deep,

It might be that the uploading of the file had not been let to complete and the mail was sent. Please consider requesting the file to be sent properly again.
