i lost my password and secret answer.I am having long time this id .pls help to me.
I am Shakila,my id <shakilajaleel@live.com.

Dear Shakila,

Please consider checking with the email service provider's if ever you can provide other confirmations than the answers to the security questions in order to change the password.
