Toshiba Satellite A215 S7422

I am trying to restore my Toshiba A215 S7422 with Windows Vista Home Edition. I am getting a "NTLDR is missing" error message. I press CTRL + ALT + Del to restart and get the same error. I have gone into the BIOS to restore the factory settings with no luck.

I am trying to restore the computer to an earlier partition. Any help is appreciated. College student, new semester...limited knowledge of computers...except that mine in inoperable.
