If this is a computer network then go and see your network administrator otherwise ask a computer technician to reset the password for you.

my keyboard appears to be locked and I do not know how to unlock it.

In our computer you must be having several users, if your computer is limited, then confirm who is the administrator in user settings, then you will get your answer
