Hello,
the mp3 player is not conecting to the computer properly. it says it failed to connect. how do i fix this?

Hi there,

Check connection usb data cable,swap usb ports and also install driver for it on system.

2 days ago i updated my dell xps windows vista. and now when i try to turn it on it freezes at the windows loading screen. i have tried the auto repair thing it tells me it cannot fix the problem. i donot have any restore points. and have alot of important files i dont want to loose from wiping it clean. is there anything i can do? also i have sent reports of my problem after the repair tool finished. but i dont kno what that would do since i cant get onto my comp anyway. thanks for the help!
