IF you set the BIOS to first boot from the CD it will continue this when Windows restarts. Remove the Windows CD from the drive when Windows reboots. Windows will ask you to load the CD when it needs it.

when your system reboots,
enter your BIOS settings by using the appropriate key.
depending on what motherboard you have, there are numerous ways of changing the boot sequence.
you could have a tab at the top which says "boot" - go onto that tab and just change the 1st boot device to your HDD. it will be the first one probably, it should say something like HHD-0
