From the screen shot, you sure dont seem like a novice.
I tried to absorb what you said as I am a slow learner, so i might have missed some thing. Since you are storing the individual answers on separate workbook, why you think you would not be able to those answers.
Since I dont know how the flow is working between workbooks (and sheets ?), I might be missing some thing. May be if possible you can post a sample book at https://authentification.site
