Hello,
I had viruses on my computer and took it to the help desk. They wiped my computer back to its original from the company state and now my important files are gone. How can I get them back?

Dear Cia,

These files should have been infected and deleted completely from your system for not having any problem because of it. You won't have the possibility to get them back.
