I can't send gift in facebook anymore

Hello,
For these few days, i try to send gifts and smiles...unfortunately i can't.... i also can't chat with my friends.. help me to solve this problem...

I can't send gifts of the gift page.....I can receive gifts, but NOT send them....HELP~!!!

Please contact Facebook Support in order to know why you are having such trouble and hence get free of the trouble.
