Hello,
heyyy!!! i couldn't change my e-mail address cuz i had forgotten the e-mail address' password, so i couldn't get in...turns out when i click on ((forgot password on msn.com)) it said that the e-mail didn't even exist, so what i did was create another account, everything new, but using the same exact e-mail address that didn't exist...then resend the confirmation e-mail to the address and that's it...! i hope you understood!

Dear Nena,

Your post is confusing but accordingly your account had been disabled and the ID was available once again. This is why you were able to create another account under the same ID.
