Forgotten security key

Hello,
My family has linksys_SES_23978 and we use to help the laptop have wireless conection. We've had it for years so my dad has forgotten the key and he never told me it. So when i got my itouch it says i need a pass key to get in and we dont know it. How can i figure it out. When i restart the wifi thingy nothing comes up to tell me it , it just continues helpp

Download this program on a computer with wireless connection. When you run the program it will display the key. Then write down the key and tape it to the bottom of the router.
