Start Menus !!

Hello, My computer is the windows vista format and the other day i downloaded something off the internet and now my start menu and alll my internet taskbars are the old windows xp grey style .... how do i get my old one back ?? please give me some ideas

Right click on an empty area of the desktop
click on Theme
open drop down theme list - select Windows Vista theme
click on apply

next time don't download things you don't understand.
