For connecting the mobile phone, you will have to get its PC Suite installed on your computer which will allow you to use it properly. For the time being you will only be able to use it as a USB Mass Storage device and you will not be able to carry out many tasks. Even though, you click on Web cam feature, you won't be able to use it for the fact that it needs to get its software and driver installed. Indication on the make and model of the phone will be essential for more appropriate help.
