If those USB ports exists ,you can activate them from the Device Manager by right-clicking on My Computer and selecting Hardware. Then you select the USB port not working(the one crossed in red) and right click to enable it. You should be fine then. also just to see if all the jumpers on the motherboard are correctly set. if you dont know the configuration then just post another add here and ill tell you how to do it
