well if it's a fan then there's nothing to worry about but check if it was the hard disk cause if it was then you have abig prob and I advice you to backup all your info then replace it
cause the dynamo would be broken (not working)
and that cause a very low speed and a possibility to lose your data now if you didn't want to replace your comp then just buy a new hard and everything will be fine then but check first if it was from the fan cause then you will have no prb once or ever
