DV5 wifi button not working

Hello, I recently upgraded my hp dv5 laptop to windows 7 ultimate. Before I upgraded, I turned off wifi, and now that I have windows 7, the wifi button (on the touch bar) doesn't enable. Any suggestions?

same problem with my dv 5... lets ask hp about it....
