ITUNES DOWNLOAD KEEPS FREEZING AT 48% COMPLET

Hello, I av just restored my computer and now im trying to install itunes, but when it gets to 48% complete it seems to stop what its doing. I have restored my computer before so dont know hy this time its any different?? Also i have tried some tips from here but when i got to deleting TEMP FILES after goin into APPDATA i seem to get stuck... PLZZZZZZZ HELP IV BEEN DOIN THIS ALL DAY AND GETTIG VERY STRESSED.. thanks

same here,, been tryin all day and i have got as far as 99% with 2 seconds left, also tried deleting all my browsing history which has had no effect,, been to pc world and they think its just the itunes website, not the laptop. let me know if you are able to get on, im just going to keep trying....
