Torrent lesser speed

hello !!!
sir i m worried while downloading torrents ... um using 1mbps net speed that means transfer rate should be 1024/16=128 approximately and i have it but when i download a torrent iot becomes 10 to 15kbps only ..... plz help me achieving my max speed downloading a torrent .... thanks in advance...
