what`s is the make of the webcam. Try typing the make on a search engine and try to found the software. If find it, download and install.

just search for the model name of your webcam and download the driver. make sure that the driver you download is the correct version and if it is for windows or a mac. it depends on what kind of pc have.
after the download, just run the installer and that should be it. i would suggest that you burn the driver on a cd or dvd. this is good for two reasons, first is you can make it as a handy backup and second is usually it is better to install a driver using a cd or dvd using the update the driver from a cd/dvd function through windows as this is more stable than just by installing off a download.
you might wanna check out a dvd program to copy a duplicate of your webcam driver here:
