I changed the password then my id is locked

Hello,
first of all i changed the password then my yahoo id is locked so my old password is 9841796044 and new password is nagpokhari so i try the open the id i can't get succed so please help me to open my yahoo id
MY E-mail id - nagraj_travel@yahoo.com
please sir /madam help me to open my mail id it is my office mail id please somebody help me
