Hello,
i am despaired to format my pendrive on windows xp op. when start to format my pendrive it shows wriite protected. i followed regedit from cmd and someother ways from mycomp>manage etc but not getting any solution. pls help me out of this prob if anybody know.

Hi there,

To remove the write protection please check if your pendrive has a switch on it,if so slide it to reverse position or follow instructions given on link below from Faq:
