Write protected error while copying files

Hello,
while copying files to 4gb kingstone pen drive am getting write protection error....nd also am not able 2 format my pen drive....hlp me out....

Please remove the write protection through the below method:

hi...
after dng this process wat u told,still am gettng the same problem.....its not removing write protect....and also am not able 2 do format....my pen drive is 4 gb kingstone.....
